Standard Clean

Best for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

  • Dusting surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor)

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • Wiping counters and tabletops

  • Cleaning sinks and faucets

  • Wiping exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)

  • Light bathroom clean (toilets, sinks, mirrors, wipe shower/tub)

  • Empty trash cans

  • General tidy-up (straighten, organize lightly)

Deep Cleans

Includes everything in Standard Clean, plus:

  • Baseboards, trim, doors, and light switches wiped down

  • Inside/outside of cabinets (if empty)

  • Inside oven and microwave

  • Inside refrigerator (optional add-on)

  • Blinds and windowsills dusted/wiped

  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures cleaned

  • Extra scrubbing of bathrooms (tile, grout, tubs, showers)

  • Detailed edge vacuuming and floor scrubbing

  • Spot-cleaning walls (where possible)

Move-in / Move-out

Best for renters, homeowners, and landlords preparing for a fresh start.
Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus:

  • All cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out

  • Closets cleaned and shelves dusted

  • Appliances cleaned inside and out (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Walls spot-cleaned and doors wiped down

  • Light fixtures, vents, and switches detailed

  • Trash and leftover items removed (if requested)

  • Final walkthrough to ensure space is “move-in ready” or deposit-ready
